 Appointment & Cancellation Policy

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment for new clients.

Deposits can be paid by credit card (excluding American Express) or Apple Pay via our booking Website.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment by phone call, text message, or email.

• If canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be applied toward your next appointment.
• If canceled less than 24 hours before or in case of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.

We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding so that we can continue to provide the best service for all clients.

• The package price requires a one-time upfront payment before starting the service.
• Each package includes four consecutive sessions.
• Sessions must be used exactly according to the scheduled dates.
• Any missed sessions cannot be saved, transferred, rescheduled, or converted into other benefits — they will automatically expire.
